Calli took the time to show us 2 vehicles,,the first wasn't comfortable with,,asked about a sedan,,said we would look at it. Test drove both,,liked number 2,,no pressure at all. I have never had an experience like I did at Mark Allen Chevy. Richard Gunkel the man who helped me was very knowledgeable and compassionate to me and my situation. We all know buying a car can be stressful, Richard took me by the hand and literally made it possible to get an SUV that I absolutely love. They were quick and I didn’t spend my entire day there. My husband went to the dealership website. Chris called him and set up an appointment for the next day. He had the inventory on site that we expected to see unlike another dealership that we went to. Holy cow, this was an incredible car buying experience. I drove all the way out to Glenpool (wasn't really that far) and as soon as I got out of my vehicle I was greeted and treated with respect. Chris Hutch drove all the way out to Glenpool (wasn't really that far) and as soon as I got out of my vehicle I was greeted and treated with respect. Chris Hutchison was excellent, kind, and really cared about making sure my family got what we needed for the budget we had. Each interaction was stellar. I enjoyed my conversation with Ryan Nolan—he answered my litany of maintenance questions and he gave me a great offer on my trade in. I had even more questions, so Chris introed me to Javon Lockridge and he was knowledgable and straightforward with me! Then lastly, as we nailed down a deal, I worked with Dan Huber in finance and he gave me some creative ideas and some inside info on the automotive industry. Great convo! Chris definitely needs a big fat Christmas bonus (and a raise) and I plan to come back and by my 4 kids their cars with these guys in the coming years. Excellent all the way around! Great job. More

They were the best! They made me feel welcomed and I didn’t feel they were trying to pressure me into the sale. I knew the car I wanted and they delivered.
