Personal service, above and beyond! Spent a week car shopping with our son for his first "new" car. We ran into cars locally that had hail damage, one had even been wrecked. Yet, before we drove there, they promised they were in perfect shape. Then we got a hard offer from a dealership in Tulsa, only for them to not honor it, claiming it was an internet pricing mistake. We gave them two chances, and both times they refused to give us the pricing they had posted and e-mailed to us. Then we called MARK ALLEN CHEVROLET. We explained we was driving 1 1/2 hours, wanted to clarify that the new car had no damage and was priced correctly. We made the drive to Sapulpa and discovered that the internet price was incorrect, that a incentive had expired and the price was going to be much higher. Mark Allen himself came out and introduced himself and explained to us that he was going to honor what they had quoted us. If it was possible to give them a 10 star rating, we would. Mark Allen showed utmost integrity by selling the car like they had promised. I can't speak high enough about this dealership and our salesman Todd Scribner. We will definitely make the drive back when we are ready for our next new car! More

Best car buying experience ive ever had From the moment me and my wife pulled up we felt almost as family. Conner was amazing never felt pushed or shoved into a vehicle we didn't want or nee From the moment me and my wife pulled up we felt almost as family. Conner was amazing never felt pushed or shoved into a vehicle we didn't want or need. We came to get my wife a vehicle which would be the only vehicle we would have to fit me her and our 3 kids. Connor and Mark really worked hard for us and I was actually able to get a truck I had always wanted as well as get her the car she really wanted. Them working with us to be able to get not one but two vehicles relieved alot of stress on our family. We came back the next day and had our kids with us to drop something off and Mark Allen was there again and he was just as nice the day before and again made us and our kids feel like part of the family. Mark Allen Chevrolet will definitely be the first place we go next time we look for a vehicle and I will gladly recommend this dealership to anyone I find out is looking for a new or used car.......P.s. the popcorn is amazing grab a bag.
