My son, brought me from my home, near Keystone Dam, in Sand Springs to your dealership in Sapulpa, son drove from his home in south Tulsa, making for a long trip! Salesperson Shelby greeted us, by the doors. Walking in the foyer it was overcrowded with people. & uncomfortably stuffy, it being a very warm day? Not the best atmosphere for disscussing personal business tht you dont want to share with complete strangers; other than your salesperson? We were sitted in the direct sun, but I suppose thats for your newer salespeople, tht havent EARNED enough sales and dont deserve it yet BUT when you subject possible customers/buyers to it, its labeled disrespect and tht includes your salespeople, showing you seem to have little value for them? I was surprised when I was told I needed a co-signer but AGAIN Mark Allen Chevrolet employee Josh NEVER mentioned tht to me, in pryor calls to me??? It was something I cld possibly have considered BUT viewed it as being dishonest, just another sales ploy, used by MANY of the car dealerships of today? When I called Mark Allen, to voice my concern/complaint, an male employee, became angry & argumentive, then said he was putting the "Owner", on the phone, ? I did receive a telephone call, later tht evening, a person, saying they were Mark Allen? He had a bullying attitude, using my credit, as if to shame me, putting all the BLAME on me? Not taking responsibility for the dealerships, less than honest information, that is very IMPORANT when claiming they are DIFFERENT than other dealerships, in being PERSONABLE and Honest?!!! More

Satisfaction I have been shopping new pickup for about a month. I had it narrowed down to two Chevrolet models and two toyota models. I stopped by Mark Allen to ta I have been shopping new pickup for about a month. I had it narrowed down to two Chevrolet models and two toyota models. I stopped by Mark Allen to take a closer look at the two Chevrolet models, again. I had no intention of making a purchase. I was greeted immediately and I explained why I was there. The sales lady was very courteous and made no attempt to pressure me to buy. We looked at the two models, my questions were answered. What impressed me was the lack of B.S. whe n she couldn't answer my questions ( just a couple) she let me know she wasn't that familiar with the product and would get me answers. Which she did. No pressure to buy. The sales manager stopped by with answers, offered to show me options I didn't fully understand and assured me he could price what I wanted at a good price. Thats exactly what they did. I knew exactly what percentage of sticker I would pay. They hit very close and once they agreed to provide a bed liner, I was satisfied. Ipurchased my truck right then. I had seen enough vehicles to know the price was right. I agreed to come back the next A M to pick up the truck before I had a previously scheduled business meeting the next morning. An hour and half before the meeting the sales lady called me and explained the shop was not going to have it in time for me to make my meeting. I really appreciated her letting me know well in advance. Once I did arrive to pick up my truck, She took me to me to different departments and introduced me to the staff of maintenance and parts/service. This is the first time I have ever enjoyed my buying experience at a dealership. Satisfied More
