Bought a used Colorado pickup truck from them. Had a great sales experience but that’s as far as it goes. I was promised a key fob for the truck and never heard from them again. It seems that once the s great sales experience but that’s as far as it goes. I was promised a key fob for the truck and never heard from them again. It seems that once the sale is closed that’s the end of any communication with the dealership. The sales person went by “Rooster” and she never responded to my calls or messages. The young man that actually waited on me was very good to deal with. His name was Mr. Knox. Everyone at the dealership could take a lesson in customer relations from him. I would hesitate to return to this dealership for service or anything else simply because the refuse to communicate with you after the sale. Next time I will buy online and skip the hassle. More
