Choosing the right vehicle. I needed to trade cars. While getting my car serviced ( I've serviced my vehicle here since 2009). I met my sales person and told him what I needed. H I needed to trade cars. While getting my car serviced ( I've serviced my vehicle here since 2009). I met my sales person and told him what I needed. He was very knowledgeable, and listened to me. Showed me the car I had been researching, actually not a car but a crossover SUV. I took the car for a test drive, inspected all the gadgets and doohickies and was sold. They inspected my trade in and we signed a deal. Everyone was very nice, no high pressure. I was reluctant to trade my car because it had belonged to my late son who was claimed buy cancer and they treated me with compassion when I explained my reasons to let go but I'd held on to it since he passed in 2011. It was a Corvette, and I am 70 years old with a bad back. It was a chore for me to get in and out of. I know a couple, man and wife who own 2 Equanox s she's had 2 back surgeries and finds there SUV fit them perfectly. So far, I agree. So there's my story. I will add that I've purchased several vehicles here. The last a 2009 Silverado, I still have it and my cars have never been anywhere else for service. I've had Brandon Irons and Kyle McGrew since the purchase of my truck in 2009 and they baby'd my Vet since 2011 when my son died. Sandy Housley. More
