Upgrade I dropped by in response to an e-mail suggesting that I could upgrade from my 2014 Cruze to a 2018 while keeping my payments the same or lower. They didn't quite manage that, though they gave it their best shot. Overall, though, I have no complaints about the service I received there. This is the first car I've bought from Mark Allen, though I bought two there when it was Danny Beck. in the thirteen years since I bought my first car from them, I've never had cause to complain about the service, and today was no exception.
