We began working on the new Silverado in December 2021 during the national chipset shortages and Chris kept me informed throughout the ordering and factory build so that I had realistic expectations. When the new Trail Boss arrived in Mid-March 2022 Chris ensured all dealer installed options and details completed to a high standard before I arrived. Ryan Nolan’s (Sale Manager) honesty about my trade in and price for the new Trail Boss allowed me to make a well-informed purchase decision without being rushed or pressured.
