The first time I have EVER had a car dealership actually show me the report they used to value my trade, tell me the total price for the vehicles we w The first time I have EVER had a car dealership actually show me the report they used to value my trade, tell me the total price for the vehicles we were looking to buy (without me having to threaten to leave if they didn't), get us a GREAT interest rate, and then sign the final paperwork (not just a commitment to buy) all in the same day! I was so nervous going in because I have been "car dealed" (by someone I trusted) in the past and completely expected all of the "usual" tactics! I expected them to pull the rug out from under us all the way through until the end (I'm still waiting for a call that says something didn't happen correctly! - Hopefully that doesn't happen!) Shelley, the sales woman my husband had been talking to via internet sales, was busy when we arrived, so David, a sales manager, came out and took our nearly impossible request, worked some amazing magic, and came up with a deal that we could manage! We came in with one VERY used, high mileage truck, and left with two newer low mileage vehicles that will meet both of our needs for prices we could afford! Thank you again! More

5 Star Experience!!!! On a spur-of-the-moment visit to look for a vehicle we had seen on TV, we went into Mark Allen Chevrolet. Of course, that year model hadn’t even been On a spur-of-the-moment visit to look for a vehicle we had seen on TV, we went into Mark Allen Chevrolet. Of course, that year model hadn’t even been released yet! We talked to Conner and Kerstin and learned that there had been no changes from the previous year and they actually had a 2019 on the lot. We had no intention of purchasing a vehicle when we drove out to just look but the friendliness, professionalism and the way they made us feel like we are important (despite that we were in our grungies), we decided to buy this car! There was no “salesman” pressure which was so refreshing. After the sale, we returned to the dealership and was still treated with respect making us feel we were still important. Bottom line: Great experience, we will see Mark Allen Chevrolet for our next purchase and Kerstin will be our rep!! More

We had no plans to buy a car, only to browse and do on-site research. Kerstin Whitmore came out to greet us and get an idea of what we might be considering. She selected some cars for us to test drive, and then gave us space to look some more. I saw the new Metallic Gold Blazer and liked it very much. Kerstin gave us an excellent overview of the car’s features compared to the car I’d had for the past 5 years. She didn’t give us the pushy hard sell but gave us the facts and answers to our questions. We’re not pushovers at all. We bought the car because Kerstin treated us well, knew her stuff, and was willing to ask for and listen to terms for negotiation. Between us, Kerstin, and the Mark Allen management team, we were able to work out a very reasonable deal. We are ver happy with our new Blazer and recommend that anyone considering buying a new car check out Mark Allen Chevrolet. More
