Not very happy with this place. Purchased a SUV October 22 was told we did not have to put anything down for a down payment and my service agreement would be mailed back to me. October 29 we received a check for $672.47 in the mail from Mark Allen my husband called and spoke with Dan Hubard and he said it was for the remaining of our gap and he would get with titling Monday to check on my service agreement. Monday October 31st My husband called again and talked to service manager Dan Hubard he said my husband and my self are liars and he never said we wound get anything back he continued to brag about long long he has done this type of work and never makes mistakes We purchased 2 vehicles from Mark Allen and will NEVER be back matters of fact my friend was going this weekend to purchase a new truck not now!! Dan you need to learn how to treat your customers if my associates treated my customers like you did my husband they would automatically be held accountable! More
