We stopped in, with our daughter, to look at a car that I had found on MAC's website. We were approached by Kerstin, who checked and informed us that the car we came to see had sold. However, she had just taken a trade that she felt might be a good fit....and it was. She knows her inventory and was very thorough through the process. Took care of my daughter while car was being prepped. Financing process was good as well. We were encouraged, but not pressured, to buy extended warranty. Was very happy with my experience at MAC. My daughter also made a new friend in Kerstin. More
