I’m so happy i went to Mark Allen! I was looking for my husband a new truck as a surprise so i went to Mark Allen and meet Calli for the first time, she is amazing!! We stopped in, with our daughter, to look at a car that I had found on MAC's website. We were approached by Kerstin, who checked and informed us that the car we came to see had sold. However, she had just taken a trade that she felt might be a good fit....and it was. She knows her inventory and was very thorough through the process. Took care of my daughter while car was being prepped. Financing process was good as well. We were encouraged, but not pressured, to buy extended warranty. Was very happy with my experience at MAC. The time before Brian made me this sell on the Ram 1500, I actually got to meet Mark Allen. It’s not everyday you get to meet the owner of a dealership. He came up and introduced himself. We were in the process of signing our papers, and there was a couple there looking for a Chevy truck. They drove a few but nothing had exactly what they wanted. Mark actually went over and talked to the couple. He sat down with them, went over everything with them and ordered them a truck just the way the wanted it. I’ve never seen another dealership owner do that before. Very, very respectable. I will only shop at Mark Allen again, not only because my salesman Brian Braden is there, but because Mark Allen supports our veterans. I bought a used Ram, and I still had Brian put the Mark Allen Chevy sticker on the back bumper, and the Mark Allen American Flag on my back window.
