Went in for 1 left with 2 I’ve been absolutely dreading having to replace my car and the typical stigma of car dealerships had me feeling like a walking ball of stress. I kept I’ve been absolutely dreading having to replace my car and the typical stigma of car dealerships had me feeling like a walking ball of stress. I kept putting off and putting it off until what is usually a 10 minute drive home from work turned into an hour. I was tired of dumping money into a car that was over a decade old and felt like I had no choice but to move on. My wife and I decided to try Mark Allen Chevy because we are transplants to the area and it was close to home. First thing I noticed when I walked in was that everyone seemed to be in a great mood. I don’t mean the typical “smile for the guest” kind of thing you might expect either. Everyone was genuinely happy to be there. We talked to a salesman named Boston and started our discussions on what we were looking for. We really had no ideas, but we have a baby on the way and knew we needed at least 4 doors. We tried 5 or 6 Preowned cars of varying types and narrowed it down to 2 models that we really liked. They pricing vs the age and mileage on the cars was so good that we ended up applying for and getting both cars! I can honestly say that our sales guy Boston and the finance guy Cory were fantastic. Boston went out of his way to make sure any concerns we had were addressed or possible wants were looked into. We even called after we went to lunch and found a couple more models we wanted to try. Boston had them ready and waiting on us when we came back. Cory was extremely friendly and all about trying to make the finance part easy on us. It was definitely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and It was completely painless. I’ve already recommended Mark Allen to a complete stranger I heard mention was looking to buy a car.
