Best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. I don’t normally give reviews, good or bad, but the experience that I had at Mark Allen GMC was so exceptional, I feel I must. I’m 68 years old and h I don’t normally give reviews, good or bad, but the experience that I had at Mark Allen GMC was so exceptional, I feel I must. I’m 68 years old and have dealt with a lot of car dealerships over the years, most of them in Tulsa, and never have I been treated with such friendly, laid back, honest and no pressure salesmanship as I was at Mark Allen. There was no one chasing me around the lot trying to sell me a vehicle in the first ten minutes. I was greeted by Jordan Savage, with an “I’m here to help if you need me” attitude, who would eventually become my salesman. I know that if I would have said that I just wanted to look around, he would have respected my request and left me alone. However, I did have some questions and told him my interests, so he showed me a few trucks. I typically do my research and know where to draw the line at where a bad deal ends and a good deal begins, so when I was shown a truck that I was interested in and the numbers were even better than where I thought they should be, we struck a deal. Then to find out, unknown to them due to a glitch in the system, the truck had already been sold to someone out of state. Over the next several days, Jordan Savage and the General Manager, Billy Caperton proceeded to jump through hoops, going above and beyond, to accommodate me with a truck and a deal that I would be happy with. After trying out several different trucks we came to terms on one that I was extremely happy with. But, that wasn’t the best of it. Billy could have said, “Glad you’re happy, see you later”, but no, he told me if I could wait a few more days that he thought he would be able to give me an even better deal due to some upcoming rebates, and that is exactly what happened. Best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. My wife ended up buying a new car too, with the same excellent service and price. Don't even bother to look elsewhere. Shop here first; you won't regret it. More

Best buying experience EVER From the moment we called the dealership inquiring on a vehicle we saw listed online, Jordan has been a dream salesman. He was never once pushy, even when it took us a week to reply and set up a day to come in. In our journey to buy our dream Jeep, we spent several weeks, and multiple trips to other dealerships in the area, and ended up walking away empty handed for various reasons, usually unsatisfactory customer service. The second we pulled up to the dealership we were treated with so much respect, our wants and needs were acknowledged, and Jordan and the rest of the awesome staff at Mark Allen made buying a vehicle such a stress-less, fun experience. Not once did my husband and I feel like we were just a number, and we were never pressured to waiver from our laundry list of wants in our new vehicle, including top dollar amount. We loved everything about our experience, and will for sure be recommending Jordan to all of our friends and family. Scott helped us when it came to financing our vehicle, and he was just as awesome as well.
