My wife and I also had a budget we wanted to stay at however she fell in love with the bucket seats for our growing family. She also mentioned the color we were not interested in. Although this sounds very minor details we were so impressed and pleased that he listened to our needs and didn't try to just have us settle. They are polite, respectful and most of all they are HONEST and work toward what you want to buy, not what they want you to buy. This was my Daughters first car purchase and Mr. Kennedy (our Sales Rep) made it a very positive and memorable experience for her. We got there at 6:30 pm and he, and their finance team stayed well beyond their closing hours to ensure our expectations were exceeded (not just met). I will be buying a GMC Truck soon and Mark Allen and Mr. Kennedy will be my first and only choice when I do.
