Excellent , Caleb presented several options Caleb contacted me with some options. Meet with him that day. He treated me with respect ( as a female he didn't treat me as a dumb female), he DID Caleb contacted me with some options. Meet with him that day. He treated me with respect ( as a female he didn't treat me as a dumb female), he DID NOT try to pressure me in any particle direction or specific car. I told him I had reserched several different cars and brands. He gave me all different options in several different levels and prices. After discussion on what I wanted and my price range. He showed me a car, I liked it and he allowed me to drive it. Again after the drive, he DID NOT TRY TO PRESSURE ME. I asked about his experience and he freely gave his history. He also expressed how much he liked working for Mark Allen and the people there. I can't say any car salesman has ever been that forthright about his feelings of his place of employment. Made me feel very good about Mark Allen business. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would say the biggest impression for me as a female was the respect he showed me and the NO pressure attitude. I even mentioned that to him before I lift. I have purchased several cars and have actually lift a car dealership due to lack of respect and pressure. A week later I contacted your sales department about floor mats. Again excellent service, they ordered them and said he would call me next day when strived. The sale gentleman called and gave a time they would be there and they were and he assisted me putting them in my car. Very impressed again. Caleb and your entire team was great. Incredible Customer Service! I had the pleasure of dealing with Isaac Hudelson. Me and my wife not only had our 3 kids we were also 9 months pregnant. Issac was so patient and an I had the pleasure of dealing with Isaac Hudelson. Me and my wife not only had our 3 kids we were also 9 months pregnant. Issac was so patient and answered all our question before we had any to ask. My wife and I also had a budget we wanted to stay at however she fell in love with the bucket seats for our growing family. She also mentioned the color we were not interested in. Although this sounds very minor details we were so impressed and pleased that he listened to our needs and didn't try to just have us settle. He went above and beyond our expectations and helped us get not only our style but also color and best deal! Robert the sales manager and Shon in finance helped us out on the pricing and getting our payment exactly where we needed! We have already shared on Facebook our experience and we will definitely recommend and be back! More
