The first time buying from mark allen was great! I recommended the service to everyone. So I went back, was told I was already preapproved just needed to test drive. Found a car I LOVED worked a dea I recommended the service to everyone. So I went back, was told I was already preapproved just needed to test drive. Found a car I LOVED worked a deal on it to find out it was for a different drive train. Reworked the deal. Waited for 3 hours just to get into the back where the finance guy Heath threw my credit in my face, had an attitude and still wanted me to sign the papers and still leave without the vehicle that I was trying to buy until they could get me approved. Needless to say I didn’t get my car because I got up and left. He said I was approved but then not approved due to the change in vin. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH MARK ALLEN BUICK AGAIN!!!! and they can keep the hat! More
