Born and raised in Fairfield and I cannot recommend this dealership due to how Matt Zuckerman treated me. He called me a "xxxxxxx" when he thought he and I had hung up on our call (I had an outstanding car dealership due to how Matt Zuckerman treated me. He called me a "xxxxxxx" when he thought he and I had hung up on our call (I had an outstanding car tax bill to pay). His explanation as he realized I was still on the call was that that is what he and his colleagues call one another. That story didn't make sense and is also not ok. The service department is so kind and the dealership owner should know. My experience was embarrassing and hurtful- not the kind of feeling one should have when purchasing a car. More
Service manager Ralph Cascella was rude and unprofessional. Told me to take a new Chevrolet under warranty back to where I bought it (out of state during height of Covid) and that he wouldn't h unprofessional. Told me to take a new Chevrolet under warranty back to where I bought it (out of state during height of Covid) and that he wouldn't help me. When I asked for the owner he said "you want the owner you find him". Then he lied right to my face to the owner and said he was trying to help me. I bought four cars from this dealership including a new Corvette in 2013. Never again will I step foot in there. Go to Milford Chevrolet, they immediately took my car in, ordered the parts and fixed it. More
Service advisor Marissa is unprofessional and rude to customers and staff. While waiting for an oil change it took over an hour for the vehicle to be pulled into shop and was only pulled in after I asked customers and staff. While waiting for an oil change it took over an hour for the vehicle to be pulled into shop and was only pulled in after I asked the her about my vehicle and her giving me attitude in return. She then went into the shop and could be seen yelling with my repair order in her hand as if it was an inconvenience she had to do her job.Will not be returning. More

I have been servicing my vehicles at this dealership over a dozen years. I choose to do so because I trust their service department to do the job right with the correct parts and for a fair price. I discuss with the staff what services are needed and when they are due. I am very fussy about my vehicles and won’t let just anybody in or around them. I choose to have my vehicle serviced by the dealer as their technicians are trained and certified specifically for my vehicle and they use oem factory parts. More
