Hard up for work! They must be hard up for work in the service department. I took my car in for recall issues and was told that I had a bad water pump and was leaking " They must be hard up for work in the service department. I took my car in for recall issues and was told that I had a bad water pump and was leaking "lots of coolant" but for a little over $400 they could fix it. Well, I didn't have the money and Mom was in the hospital and Dad was sick but I got worried so I had someone else local look at it. Guess what! No leak. No sign of previous leaking. Full level of coolant. I was so mad. I went back and asked them to show me the problem. They got mad at me and were rude. They said whether it was leaking or not was a matter of opinion. Excuse me... what? They almost had me duped. I will never ever go back. More

Easy to do business with! I live in western Kentucky, and never bought a car out of state before. I was somewhat cautious as I was unsure if I would have to pay state of Illin I live in western Kentucky, and never bought a car out of state before. I was somewhat cautious as I was unsure if I would have to pay state of Illinois, Williamson County, and city of Marion sales taxes, and wondered if I would receive credit in Kentucky for the taxes paid in Illinois. I have been laid up for awhile recovering from knee surgery, but, I used this time to do research over the internet about a possible car purchase. I contacted several dealers over the internet, but it seemed to me that Kevin Waldrop was the most responsive to my inquiries. When I was well enough to make the trip to Marion, I finally met Kevin Waldrop, who impressed with his professional, but friendly manner. I ended up buying a 2019 RAV 4 with all the safety options. I am happy with by new car, and consider it by far the best car I have ever owned. The safety equipment, such as backup camera and blind spot warning. are wonderful. As an older driver, I appreciate the improvement in the automobiles that have been made in my lifetime. As a person who first began driving in the late 60's, I am amazed at the features available in the cars today. I recommend Kevin Waldrop as a salesman, and Marion Toyota as a dealer. More
