Emily was totally awesome. ❤️ My one disappointment was the guy that did the paper work. He was very insistent and pushy with the extra warranty. When I told him I wasn’t interested in it his bubbly friend the guy that did the paper work. He was very insistent and pushy with the extra warranty. He did the same thing to my daughter and her husband last year when my grandson bought a used Ford F 150 from there. Plus He didn’t ask me if I wanted the death and disability on my loan. I caught this later in the day while looking at my paper work. Nor did he give me a copy of my license plate transfer that we had to do manually due to an issue on line Sat. Which should’ve been done instead of us having to wait so long. I had to tt Emily on Tuesday for her yo email that to me. He seem to be flustered and a little rude by the time we were done which was 2 hrs later. So other than those issues Emily made it a very pleasant visit and purchase. More
