I put in a lot of time to find a dealer and salesperson that I felt comfortable with to place a deposit for a new Tundra. I’m fortunate that I found Jerry Rambeau - I had a lot of questions throughout the process - from deposit, to finding the right allocation, and finally payment and delivery. Jerry was always available and relayed a thoughtful, well-informed reply. He made me feel comfortable and confident that I would get the exact truck I wanted despite the incredible difficulty with finding a 2022 Tundra this year. I spoke with a lot of salespeople at other dealerships and Jerry would absolutely be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I’m a Toyota devotee and for as long as he’s still working, I’ll be buying my vehicles from Jerry. A+ experience. Though I only spoke with him for 15 minutes or so (because he got me in and out so quickly) Pete Buttitta from finance was also great. He did a fantastic job laying out all my options for me and I never felt any pressure whatsoever to add anything I didn’t want. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships in my years of auto ownership and Marion Toyota is light years ahead of the pack. There’s a reason they have such little employee turnover. More
I had always been happy with Toyota until recently. I spent around 500 dollars between the Marion Toyota service department and the collision center in Marion. Toyota replaced some things and said I was good to go. But the noise persisted visit after visit. The last time I spent over three hundre dollars to have it not be fixed. I took it somewhere else, to a trusted mechanic I had work done with for years. Three hundred dollars later the car is totally quiet again. There were several problems that had been totally missed by Toyota service. I am quite disappointed with them. I may still get oil changes there, but I am not sure. I can't believe the service folks could have missed all the problems that existed to cause the noise in my front end. Sorry for the bad review, but I am really disappointed and frustrated and in the past have always been very happy with the work done there. I have come away wondering if they just didn't want to bother with my car. More

Marion Toyota is a great place to buy a car and have your car serviced! Our salesman, Jon Smith is very personable, professional and goes above snd beyond to make anything we need happen quickly and smoothly car serviced! The gentleman that took care of the paperwork for our mom’s vehicle purchase, Scott Phelps, did a great job and was very helpful and thorough! The transaction was seamless! Marion Toyota had the car spotless and the gas tank full! We couldn’t have asked for better service! We wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle or have ours serviced! More
If I could leave no stars I would!!! I needed a new key fob to get into my push start Toyota Avalon and was told the dealership Was the only place to go (I have had unpleasant experiences with them previo fob to get into my push start Toyota Avalon and was told the dealership Was the only place to go (I have had unpleasant experiences with them previous so was not excited to deal with that again). They told me they would order me a key and it will be there the next day. I paid to have my car towed out to them only to be told that it would be JANUARY 26th before the key would get here!! I got angry and was only told to “lower my volume” thankfully, Doug’s lock and keys was “miraculously” able to get me the needed key in less than an hour!!! I shouldn’t have even bothered going to the dealership!!! More
