Wanted to clarify a few things about this review by providing some facts. #1-We do not, under any circumstances, offer a customer a trade value on their vehicle without first seeing the vehicle. So to hear that we "conned" this customer about their trade value is quite surprising. #2-Marion Toyota and Marion Ford are not affiliated in any way. We just happend to be located in the same town...Marion, Illinois. We're sorry that this customer had a bad experience. We realize that we can't sell every customer that attempts to buy a vehicle from us. But the reason's that this customer states for not doing business with us, are just not true. We'd like to also add, that we are the only Toyota "Signature" dealer within 100 mile radius. Toyota "Signature" is a designation that Toyota awards dealerships that in their eyes "exceed customer expectations" on a daily basis.
