I called Steve and told him I saw a Toyota Rav 4 I had seen on the website and wanted to come look at it on my lunch hour the next day. He had it all ready up front for me to look at and test drive. The dealership is clean and well furnished. The salesmen are attentive and friendly. The entire experience was relaxing and not pressured. I brought my brand new Rave4 in for its first oil change. They did not change the oil, they tried to be sneaky and did not change the oil filter either. They rotated the tires and the face of the rim has been completely scratched off. From my experience with these guys they will take advantage of consumers and not this.k twice about it. I want other consumers to know what kind of dealership and the quality of people working there to be known so no one else will be taking advantage More
We recently purchased a used car for my daughter. She did a lot of research on the internet and found the car that she wanted. They have a great website with lots of pictures of all the cars inside and did a lot of research on the internet and found the car that she wanted. We went to the store and the car was as advertised (looked just like it did in the pictures and was everything they said it was). Our salesperson was Michael Diaz and he was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We had some questions about the warranty left on the car and he found out the info for us. He also got us the CarFax on the car. Their price on the car was very attractive. It was a couple thousand below what we found the same car priced at with other dealers (for same year and miles). That is what really attracted us to the car in the first place. I still figured there would be some room to negotiate and tried to negotiate but Michael explained that they price their cars on the money so that they move more quickly. I saw the explanation of this on their website too but figured it was B.S.. Anyway, he convinced me because there was no back and forth with the imaginary manager in the back room like most dealerships do. Their price was the price just like they said and it was a very good deal. So although I was a little disappointed that they didn't negotiate, we got a good deal which I consider a great deal because I didn't have to go through all of the xxxxxx business usually associated with buying a car. It didn't take long to finish all of the paperwork and everyone we met at the store was very friendly. We finally did meet the manager who came out and thanked us for our business which was very nice. I told him we really liked the way they did business and I don't understand why more car dealerships don't operate like these guys do. My wife needs a new car next year and Marion Toyota will be our first stop. More
This is the most above board and honest dealership that we have had the pleasure of dealing with. We have purchased 5 vehicles from them now and always use their service department for all service. Their entire staff is friendly, helpful and always respectful of us and our time. Whenever I hear of a friend or family member who needs a vehicle, I always recommend Marion Toyota. On a side note, their website is awesome. I can schedule my service from home at any time day or night on their website. I also like that I can see pictures of every vehicle in stock whether it is new or used on their website. These people have it together. No wonder they are by far the biggest dealership in southern Illinois. More
