Bad Customer Service I have been a loyal customer of Marion Toyota for over 8 years. I have had every service done there down to oil changes all the way to replacing my clutch. I went to go pick my car up on 04-01-15 and noticed that they had scratched both of my brand new rims on my drivers side. When i confronted Steve the service manager he just pushed me off like i was some punk kid trying to get money out of them. I tried to explain that i go over my car before any service for this reason and i know they had to have done it. He just dismissed me and basically told me to just leave and not come back. To me this is horrible customer service. To me he should have it least talked to the guy who worked on my car and looked at the video cameras to see who was right but instead he just told me to not come back. People need to speak up more and get these story more out on the web so people know what they are walking into when they have something done by Marion Toyota. I personal will never buy another car from them or ever have any service done by them More

My wife & I have put more than 160,000 mile on the car since 2008. Despite the milage, the car is as in good shape as when I purchased it. When looking for a new car, we never looked or considered anything else but a Prius! At the same time, we didn't consider or think about trading or selling our first Prius purchased in 2008! It is still a great car! Other than having a top quality product to sell, the service experience at Marion Toyota is unmatched! In the six years of having a Toyota Prius, we never had a major repair. Our experience with Marion Toyota's service department was always a pleasure. From new tires, oil changes, alignments, to minor fixes, I felt the service department gave a me fair price & were always looking for my best interest. Yes, we just purchased another Prius! Why? my wife & I travel to work 50+ miles day in two different directions. You cannot beat a Prius! I am so confident in the car's quality & economy that I spent a full year looking for the right pre-owned Prius. Our sales rep at Marion Toyota, Robin Loyd, kept me in the loop every week looking for the perfect car. Robin became a trusted friend not just a sales person making a buck. She is a Prius owner too & understood what I wanted in a Prius. My goal was to find a pre-owned vehicle but came out ahead with the purchase of a new Prius. Robin Loyd made that happen too! An accident in the car I had only purchased 15 months prior was my reason to get a new car. Steve Lively helped me once again, and he was very concerned and so nice. He always stops to chat a few minutes when he sees me there. Aaron Fisher helped me with my first Toyota (after driving Nissans for years) and again, he was was also very professional, helpful and nice.. Why did I buy a toyota 15 months previously? Simple reason... I had stopped in at the Nissan dealer, walked around in the hot sun for awhile, then someone, moseyed out and simply asked if I needed help? i did go for a test drive in a Nissan, but that salesman offered no information on their cars, improvements made or anything. And I think I knew more about Nissans than he did!! (And I hate to tell tales but this is part of the reason I bought Toyota - other than having one years ago) I left there, drove to Toyota and Steve Lively helped me... no wait, no hesitations and he answered ALL of my questions, went for a test drive with me and gave me more information. Long story short, I bought a car immediately!! Your employees are trained well in customer service and support, and I for one appreciate that. Bottom line, Marion Toyota will be the first place I go if/when I get another car! More

Purchase of 2014 Sienna & Service on 2003 Tundra I have nothing but praise for the exceptional service and professionalism we have experienced during our almost 15 years of being a customer with Mari I have nothing but praise for the exceptional service and professionalism we have experienced during our almost 15 years of being a customer with Marion Toyota. The Salesperson with whom we deal, Kevin Waldrop, is a true professional and his honesty and integrity is beyond reproach, in my humble opinion. I can deal with Kevin openly and honestly, knowing that my needs and concerns in purchasing a vehicle become his needs and concerns. His knowledge of Toyota products is amazing and his attentiveness to detail is much appreciated. The Service Department is also a big factor as to why Marion Toyota is always our first stop place to purchase and service our vehicles. I continue to be amazed at the level of professionalism and knowledge exhibited by their service technicians and the Service Department customer service personnel. We figured we would never experience the same level of service that we had found at a dealership in Monticello when we moved to Marion 17 years ago from Champaign, but we have not only found it but have found one that actually exceeds that previous level of service. Sold me a car that was damaged and never told us. The damage couldve killed my daughter and i. When confronted... Manager acted very rude and hung up on me. Marion Nissan sales manager said to leave his dealership because we were looking at a new rogue and was priced to high and did not want the sale Priced rebate sticker. We drove across the street to Marion Toyota and found a Rav4toyota 2013 with Robin's help. Was paying cash for my daughter birthday. We had some small speed bumps but in the end all things work out . Manager s need to pay attention to sales staff and customers needs & wants . Would suggest a customer check of list before driving car out of dealership should be implemented asap.
