Half-assed Subaru dealer When I was looking to buy my Subaru, this dealership was not the least bit helpful. I bought my car in New Hampshire and drove it back home to Kentuck When I was looking to buy my Subaru, this dealership was not the least bit helpful. I bought my car in New Hampshire and drove it back home to Kentucky. Jeremy kept calling me for months after my purchase until I told him the second time to stop with the sales calls. When it came time to have the vehicle serviced under warranty, I selected Marion Subaru, as it was the closest Subaru dealer to my home. This was a mistake. Having the vehicle diagnosed was simple enough, but when the parts arrived and it was time to schedule an appointment for actual service, it all fell apart. The representative with whom I spoke did very little other than argue with me. No dealership management personnel were available. It seems this dealership simply runs on auto-pilot. Also, don't believe the lie that Marion Subaru's service department is open on Saturdays. All you can get on a Saturday is light maintenance, like oil changes or wiper blades. No actual service is performed at this "dealership" on Saturdays. After seeing how this place treats customers, I will not make the same mistake again. At my first interaction with this establishment, I asked if they were affiliated with Marion Toyota and was assured they were not. This was also a lie...Marion Subaru is affiliated with the crooks at Marion Toyota. Beware. More
