I was charged a diagnostic fee for $67.50 to tell me that my driver seat rear cargo panel, driver seat panel, front bumper & dashboard need replacing. I knew that already. I just wanted an estimate, which tw my driver seat rear cargo panel, driver seat panel, front bumper & dashboard need replacing. I knew that already. I just wanted an estimate, which two business days later still have not received. Furthermore, the dashboard was damaged when the UConnect radio was put in previously by this service center. I was told that always happens and if I didn’t want to pay to replace it, I could maybe try an upholsterer. Lord, I miss Dale Robertson the previous service manager! I equate being charged a diagnostic fee for an estimate of something that can be visually seen to paying a fee to a plumber to tell me I gave a leaky pipe when we are both standing in water! More
