I arrived on time at 8am and checked in at the service counter and proceeded to let the lady know I needed an oil change, tire rotation, check engine light and check brakes. To make a long story short I w counter and proceeded to let the lady know I needed an oil change, tire rotation, check engine light and check brakes. To make a long story short I was there for over 4 hours waiting for my Jeep. I asked about it four to five times and all I received was excuses and putting the blame on the mechanics for not passing the word on to to whoever was next in line to do the next job. Not a happy camper. More

We asked thst credit only be run once,we knew we could get a personal loan to vover the amount over our trade in and that an older vehicle is difficult to finance. I would never buy hete again because i made a specific request and they chose to ignore me. More
