If you are looking for customer loyalty and honesty, this is not the dealership for you. This dealership only truly cares about 1 thing and that’s your money. I was told one thing and when it came down to it is not the dealership for you. This dealership only truly cares about 1 thing and that’s your money. I was told one thing and when it came down to it, everything changed in the name of the mighty dollar and I can now confirm that I was actually lied to. Was told the owner was buying the car for themself and now that it’s on the ground, it’s magically available…for $100k over sticker. Greed…greed…greed. . I won’t be back and I advise anyone thinking of doing business here to look elsewhere. There are only a few CDJR dealerships in this state that care about customer relationships. Sadly, Marion CDJR is not one of them. More

I contacted this dealership about getting a new Jeep Grand Cherokee they had online. I asked for a lease price and was told that I needed to submit a copy of my drivers license and a copy of my insuran Grand Cherokee they had online. I asked for a lease price and was told that I needed to submit a copy of my drivers license and a copy of my insurance or they would not give me a price. What the heck is that about. In my 40 years of buying new cars I have NEVER been asked for a drivers license until I am submitting credit or test driving. I was doing neither. This place is an absolute joke. I have price quotes from 4 other dealerships on my desk right now. Never even stepped foot in any of them either. More
