This is my third vehicle that I have purchased from D'Addario because they have always taken care of me. I feel they have always gone above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I want at a fair price D'Addario because they have always taken care of me. The service department has always exceeded my expectations with their fair, friendly and flexible attitudes. from the time my wife and I entered the dealership we were politely met by Bob and the rest of the sales team and after a couple quick questions we were on our way to purchasing a new vehicle. What stood out the most to us was the no pressure approach that they take, very professional, knowledgable and friendly. To be honest shopping for a new car is not one of my favorite things to do and this is mostly do to the sales team and tactics some other dealers use, but I have to say Bob, Jim, Rich and the rest of crew really made our experience of purchasing a new vehicle very enjoyable, refreshing but most of all fun. My husband and I were looking for a new family SUV. Initially, I spoke to Brian Crawford on the phone to see if any of the cars we were interested in would even fit our budget. He was extremely helpful and honest about which cars and options would work best for us. We set up an appointment and he was extremely professional and patient as we explored our options. We were able to get the car we wanted (a new 2012 Enclave) in our price range. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. The new service department is great! We would highly recommend Brian and D-Addario to our friends. More
Overall, we got the car we wanted at the price agreed upon. However, at time of pick up, they informed us that 1 of the incentives agreed upon ($3000) was no longer available. Not our problem since the upon. However, at time of pick up, they informed us that 1 of the incentives agreed upon ($3000) was no longer available. Not our problem since they should of known that from the start when they sold us the car! We were now going to have to pay $3000 more..no way...after some negotiation, we were back at the agreed price. I guess where I am having a hard time here is, we NEVER should have been put in that situation as a customer no matter what.....they should have had this all worked out and sucked it up before we got there....a deal is a deal and this was their problem/mistake, not ours! Instead, they tried to get us to pay the extra $3000....we had to basically say NO WAY and we won't buy the car, for them to agree to honor the deal we had made. A very bad taste/feeling left with us about this dealer...the whole thing was shady. I cannot say we would buy from or recommend this dealership, although our salesman Bob was a pleasure to deal with. More
My husband and I purchased a 2012 Terrain and Jeff Thayer listened to what we were looking for and found it for us. I went to this dealership to check out the Cadillac CTS Sedan and the Buick Lacrosse. Joseph went through both of these cars for me in great detail, and accompanied me on test-drives. He was friendly and seemed to know about a lot about the history of these vehicles, since he's an aged individual who's been around a long time. He told me exactly what about the Lacrosse and the CTS would fulfill my needs. He also had some knowledge about some of the future vehicles Cadillac and Buick are planning to bring out in the next few years. Overall, this was a pleasant experience, and I know if and when I decide to buy a Cadillac or a Buick, I will contact Joseph first and foremost. More
The Service advisor refused to do a Saturday morning oil change since we did not purchase the car from that dealership. I was not told of this policy when I called yesterday to inquire if oil changes were d change since we did not purchase the car from that dealership. I was not told of this policy when I called yesterday to inquire if oil changes were done on Saturday. I was also allowed to sit in line for 45 minutes without being approached. We have purchased in the past from this dealership and have also owned cars that we did not purchase from them but have never been turned away in the past. When I approached the Finance Manager for help he simply implied that since we did not purchase from them we sacraficed service for price. They were unwilling to make an exception this one time since I was not aware that their policy had changed. Currently we own 3 Nissans within our family but when the time comes to purchase again it will never be from this dealership and most likely will not be a Nissan. More
First of all, I didn't purchase the car there because D'Addario did not offer the lowest price. In fact, the price different were over $1500 between D'Addario's "lowest" offer and the offer I got from ot D'Addario did not offer the lowest price. I am glad I didn't purchase from D'Addario, I can't imagine how they treat their customers once the deal's been made. This is why: I called D'Addario Nissan to request for an appointment to check the raffling noise coming from the back window shield when driving. They refused to schedule an appointment for me because I did not purchase the vehicle from their dealership, another person came on the phone and then told me they are not accepting any appointments for new cars and hung up the phone on me. Talk about customer service. More
