Not happy with service. I brought my husband's car in and charges for service were fine. Next day brought my own car in and got charged extra for an oil change from what I can see. $34.95+ tax in addition to charges for service were fine. Also, I asked for service on my fan for the air/heating system and was told the fan for the engine was fine. That was not the problem. Also, never bothered with coupons before and will never again. First time using them and it was not a good experience. Too long to go into it. Don't bother sending them. Feeling like I did years ago when I would get charged for things by being told services is needed and not being told the cost up front but the bill indicates it was okay on a prior vehicle. I okayed an oil change when I was told why engine light was on. That was another item I had come up just before my appointment. The car still showed 34% oil but I understand it was last July since oil was changed. Should not be charged for 34.95 under parts for an oil change that costs 69.95 with coupon which was just given to my husband's car the day before plus an additional $20 off as an instant rebate, which is paid back to your dealership from GMC/BUICK. Minimum I should at least get 34.95+tax back. And, the certified MPI form is not complete. It is blank and last time I was given someone else's form. I know the tire pressure in one tire is low and I was told all was good. Need another appointment now for the fan to be looked at. I will go somewhere else since no appointments available on Monday or Tuesday. Please do not have the service team call me. The owner should if anyone really cares. More
I have been a loyal customer of D'Addario GMC for nearly 30 years, and counting. Through the years I have bought numerous trucks, vans and cars for my business and for personal use. Each and every time the experience has been an enjoyable one, no matter who the salesperson has been (Gary, Jeff, Dan). Very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt to answer any question or concern or to return a call. The price has always been and still is unbeatable. The service department is awesome. They have always been very accommodating when dealing with recalls or service related issues, thanks to service managers Tom and Dan. When service related issues would arise I never had to wait to get the vehicle in for rapid service. They have even delivered loaner vehicles to my home and place of business in the Greenwich/Stamford area and picked up my vehicles for service. Then upon completion of service they would return my car/truck, very convenient. I also deal with other dealerships due to different types of trucks and equipment I own but I never get that personal, one on one service that I get from D'Addario GMC. I highly recommend this dealership for all your auto needs. Thank you Tom and everyone at D'Addario Buick GMC Cadillac, one very satisfied longtime customer! More

I would give this zero stars if I could. I have a new Buick. I went to this dealership to establish a long-term relationship. I told that directly to the young lady who spoke with me (after I was standing around for some time, waiting). She said she understood and I would have a great experience. I had this oil change scheduled in advance. The place was empty. And yet it took well over 2 hours for a simple oil change. When I inquired as to why it would take so long, all I received in reply was attitude from the individuals working there. Especially the service manager as I walked out. They even moved around my seat and both my side mirrors. I wanted to establish a relationship for the next 5-10 years. I wouldn't trust this dealership with a motor scooter. More

Called in on a regular weekday morning and got Greg A. on the phone. After a couple of minutes of talking to him I knew right away I liked the guy. Made an appointment for that Saturday. Long story short, the process from beginning to end was very smooth. Greg was very straight forward with me and answered all my questions. Jim in finance was also a pleasure to deal with as I know myself that i can be somewhat of a hard xxx to deal with but he was always professional. These guys made the experience simple and easy! Only hiccup was registering the truck but that was on DMV's end! More

The Perfect Buying Experience This is without question the best dealership I have dealt with in nearly two months of looking for a car, my salesman Greg Anastasio was excellent and This is without question the best dealership I have dealt with in nearly two months of looking for a car, my salesman Greg Anastasio was excellent and the best salesman I have ever dealt with, I briefly met with the manager who was also very friendly and nice, after so many salesman and dealers trying to nickel and dime me on a puchase I really appreciated how Greg was strait forward with me, I even asked if he could ball park the price out the door before a test drive due to all my problems this past month and he was perfectly understanding about it, This speaks for his skill as a "no bs" salesman, his ballpark estimate was within 50 dollars of the actual finalized cost.
