My engine went bad in My grand Cherokee, I still had a warranty so I was covered. Due to poor communication between the warranty company and Marino’s I was without my car for 39 days. When I got my car b warranty so I was covered. Due to poor communication between the warranty company and Marino’s I was without my car for 39 days. When I got my car back, it was a gasket causing my engine to leak oil.... so I had to take my car back. If I get another Jeep in the future, I don’t think I will shop with Marino’s. More

Let’s start by saying I have purchased four vehicles from Marino’s. And as far as that goes I have no problem with. However their service department is where I usually have a problem with. When I purchased m Marino’s. And as far as that goes I have no problem with. However their service department is where I usually have a problem with. When I purchased my vehicle, I also purchased a vehicle maintenance program. This includes oil change and tire rotation. Now here comes the problem with this individual. The service consultant comes and finds me in the waiting area to tell me I have swollen lug nuts. The repair for swollen lug nuts would be $330.00 US dollars. Now, I must have fool written on top of my forehead. I declined said repair option and this service consultant related to me that they would not be able to rotate my tires. I’m not sure but if a service mechanic only has one socket, maybe he should invest in more sockets. I was deprived of having my tires rotated which I have paid for in advance with Marino Chrysler Jeep & Dodge. After my last oil change which I already paid for. I will find a new place to have my vehicle serviced. I am fed up with the service at the service department at Marino Chrysler jeep & Dodge. More

I have been a long time loyal customer. Never in my life have I had such a terrible service experience at Marino’s . I drove 1 hour to bring my jeep to this dealer due to how great the service has been in t have I had such a terrible service experience at Marino’s . His attitude and demeanor was by far the worse I have encountered at Marino’s. Please consider a refresher course on professionalism, basic customer service and people skills .
