Jesus, we did inspect you vehicle for a brakes noise and confirmed the issue you complained about. Since the brakes were new he tried to make some adjustments to get the noise to go away but the brakes will need to be replaced. Your advisor was coming back from lunch and needed to get up to speed on what the tech needed to repair your vehicle. I apologize for the delay in getting you out in a timely matter, I would anticipate the repair will go faster on your next visit when the parts arrive.
