I took my car in for service and originally I was told it would take some time to complete…but to my surprise my car was fixed within 2 days of bringing it in and Bob was great and kept me in the loop of thi would take some time to complete…but to my surprise my car was fixed within 2 days of bringing it in and Bob was great and kept me in the loop of things and definitely exceeded my expectations. Received horrible service spent 1.5 hours waiting for a battery change on my key fab. Then got home to find they didn’t fix my key fab. Now I have to go back again and spend valuable time waiting for them battery change on my key fab. Then got home to find they didn’t fix my key fab.
