She set me up with a rental car, and the following day my car was ready. Teresa was so wonderful to work with, and very helpful. I cannot recall a better experience with car repair. 10/10 will definitely recommend and return. More

DAZED AND CONFUSED IVE PURCHASED 2 VEHICLES FROM THIS LOCATION. THE FIRST WAS A "CERTIFIED PREOWNED" 2012 OVERLAND EDITION WITH 60,000 MILES, WITH IN 8 MONTHS THIS VEHIC IVE PURCHASED 2 VEHICLES FROM THIS LOCATION. THE FIRST WAS A "CERTIFIED PREOWNED" 2012 OVERLAND EDITION WITH 60,000 MILES, WITH IN 8 MONTHS THIS VEHICLE HAD BE SERVICED AT MARINO'S 7 TIMES FOR MAJOR ISSUES. I ASKED WHATS THE DEFINITION OF CERTIFIED AND WAS TOLD IT WAS COSMETIC.. I THEN TRADED THIS JEEP IN AND BOUGHT A "CERTIFIED PREOWNED" 2016 OVERLAND EDITION W/ 30,000 MILES ON 08JUNE2018. I PAID CASH FOR THE VEHICLE AND WAS TREATED LIKE A KING DURING THE PROCESS OF PURCHASE. THIS VEHICLE STOPPED ON ME WHILE TRAVELING IN AN UNFAMILIAR AREA WITH MY FAMILY. IT WAS TOWED TO MARINO WHERE ITS BEEN FOR A WEEK WITHOUT EXPLANATION.. WHAT IS THE REAL DEFINITION OF CERTIFIED PREOWNED. MARINO HAS THE CAPABILITIES TO ACCOMMODATE ME; BUT IM ONLY LEFT WITH QUESTIONS SO FAR. I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE TECH "WE'LL START WITH THE POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER 1ST, THEN WE'LL LET U KNOW IF THAT WORKS". IM DAZED AND CONFUSED. More
Warranty Coverage - To have or not to have? I went into the service center to get a noise checked out. I was told the repairs would be $2,000+ and it wasn't covered under warranty. Thankfully, m I went into the service center to get a noise checked out. I was told the repairs would be $2,000+ and it wasn't covered under warranty. Thankfully, my salesman Gabe looked into this for me and found out that I was covered under warranty and that the service centers computer didn't have this info available (That's odd). The service center needs to upgrade their IT, because a problem like this should never happen. I was stressed out for days and even regretted my purchase because of this. Had I not reached out to Gabe, I would have ended up repairing my vehicle somewhere else on my own dime. My hope is that Marino takes this example and learns from it, so that no other customers come in for service and are told they aren't covered under warranty, when they actually are. Long story short, Gabe went above and beyond to make sure this was handled properly. It's nice to have someone working for you even after the sale. More
