Will say anything to get a sale... Adrian told us he'd include an oil change package over the phone in order to sell us and didn't actually include it when we leased the car. The entire computer needed to be replaced within the first 3 months of leasing a 2019 vehicle and Adrian told us "that's the manufacturers problem." STAY AWAY from this dishonest sales person! More

They were not thorough in checking my car, I told him( guy at the reception) that my signal doesn’t work, and if he can check on it. , He automatically told me “ You have to pay $54 extra to change it,” which I think is inappropriately handled by him because they haven’t even checked what my car needs and he’s already wanting to charge me extra.... It looks like he was doing that because my car’s change oil at the time was free due to my previous payment package that I paid for on my other visit. I also told him that they have changed it before and I only needed to change pay for the bulb, but he went on to look in the computer and he said “no, there is no record of it being changed, you need to pay the $54 for service.” I told him that was too much just to replace a bulb, then he said,” you can always go to the cheaper place like ___ and ___” So I told him ,” ok, never mind then “ When I finally got the car, they he gave me a paper, and it had “routine check” but it did not mention that my car signal were not working. So that tells me that my car wasn’t really checked. It is very disappointing..... More

Great. Nothing negative to say at all Start to finish actually really impressed. Not just saying that. It seems genuine but we no hiccups to overcome which is probably better anyway. 11/10. I am in the customer service business (restaurants) and I actually told some of my Left Coast managers how impressed I actually was and how we have the opportunity to be great too. It was actually inspiring. We happened to all be together with the Jeep last night and I had come straight form the dealership so I mentioned it. More
