Had a terrible experience with Marino Dealership and would like to share with those shopping around to avoid this place. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee there and recently took it in for what I would like to share with those shopping around to avoid this place. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee there and recently took it in for what I was told, just a tune-up. After an evaluation, I was told I needed a head gasket, right cylinder with an estimate of $3500 for repairs. I decided to see if maybe it would be better to just trade-in my truck for something newer. The cost was ridiculously high, and I decided to just have it worked on. The service from the Marino staff took a turn towards me, once I decided not to get tied-down on another loan. I was not given a service appointment until 1 week later, and only after I insisted. I was given a service appointment for 8/15 at 7am, and when I called to check in, was told the technician did not get in until 9am, and already had a job assigned to him. My vehicle was not looked at until 8/18, if it was even really looked at. By that date, the tune-up I originally came in for, turned into an engine replacement, 2 burned out batteries, on top of the head gasket and cylinder repair, an estimated $17k estimate. I have been told by other people; this is typical of this dealership. They are very dishonest. They cut a wire from my truck to override the gear and put into neutral and move out of their way on 8/26. I find it difficult to believe my truck was evaluated at any point. Took my 2021 jeep wrangler to Marino Jeep for service, we found that the roof had defects in it so the service advisor Steve Cardenas helped me institute a jeep wave complaint through Jeep Wave . So I called Jeep Wave got a phenomenal person and got a complaint number within a week and a half. It was resolved with me getting a new top. Today July 13 I’m sitting Marino Jeep they are installing the new top just to let everybody know it does take time to replace the top because it comes in pieces. The point is at this dealership they stay on top of it. Make sure they take care of the customer that is what is lacking at many dealerships. The service department here is constantly busy people come from miles and miles around to get an excellent deal on a vehicle most of our to get excellent service. After they put their best, technician to work on it it was done perfectly fits perfectly functions correctly. If you’re looking for a shop that actually knows how to do the work not a shop where Cowboys work where they are quick to just slap things on there then this is not the place, if you’re looking for a shop that is competent and they care about their customers this is the place to go. Their service manager. Bob is also a real nice person to talk to he comes out and talk to you very personable. Everybody in the dealership surprisingly is very, very personable. Actually care about what they do. It is a pleasant place to deal with. Would highly recommend this dealership and service department absolutely the best! More
You can buy your vehicle anywhere but finding a good service dept after the sale is key. That being said took my 2021 Wrangler Willys edition in for the last Jeep wave service,and noticed a slight anti- service dept after the sale is key. That being said took my 2021 Wrangler Willys edition in for the last Jeep wave service,and noticed a slight anti-freeze leak, told the service writer Steve Cardenas and he said "we will check it out!" Found out needed a new Thermostat part, not in stock but the next day they got it in and set up appointment. Went in at the scheduled time was immediately met by Steve and the Jeep was taken into service after a short time it was repaired and done correctly! Then noticed the soft top had a couple of marks in it causing slight moisture inside of roof, Steve was right on it, got me direct number to "Jeep wave," program and I called to get a case number. Jeep wave requested more pictures went back to dealership where Jeep was there and Lon came over to take more pictures to submit to Jeep. While at the dealership getting Jeep thermostat repaired the owner Tony Marino was walking around talking to customers letting them know they are cared for at this dealership. Then also met Bob the service manager who was friendly and concerned as I was about mu Jeep being repaired! Bottom line many dealerships are improperly run, with service dept. being sloppy and not caring disinterested employees, but here at Marino everyone in the service area and sales where I waited on comfortable couches for my vehicle were top notch! This dealer I would highly recommend, they are making sure to give the brands they sell Jeep,Dodge,Ram,Chrysler proper care after the sale! More

I came to Marino with a very mysterious, hard to diagnose noise, and Paul and Jorge were the perfect duo for the job. Where others dismissed me, they took my concern very seriously, treated me with respect a noise, and Paul and Jorge were the perfect duo for the job. Not very helpful, trying to sell you service you don’t need. Tried to sell me axle fluid change and transfer case fluid change on a vehicle with 35,000 miles. The service interval for the fluid change is need. Tried to sell me axle fluid change and transfer case fluid change on a vehicle with 35,000 miles. The service interval for the fluid change is not till 100,000 -120,000 miles. When you ask for something to be done in service he says the mechanic can’t preform any exhausted work for a leak. Just not very pleased with the service writer. More
