While the oil change was good, the original reason I went there remains an issue. I had to actually ask if it was resolved. Went in for all oil change. Appt was at 10:40 I checked in at 10:30. They took my car and said it would be approximately one hour At 12:45 no one had updated me so I started asking. The first person I asked looked on computer and said they were on lunch and would work on my SUV after lunch at 1. At 1:15 I stArted asking the only women that works in service and she physically got up and checked. Same story working on it How can a service business shut down for lunch! Maybe lunch breaks should be staggered. I will never have my SUV serviced there again My car was in there in time to be completed before their lunch break. Almost 3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. More
