I took my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in as it wouldn’t start. They found the problem to be internal in the battery. It was repaired, covered under the warranty and is now running fine. Rafael Martinez, the service advisor that I dropped the car off with, a service manager (I believe his name was Steve) who was excellent and very professional in assisting me on a day when Rafael was off and everyone else involved was courteous, and helpful. I appreciate your assistance in taking care of this matter and would recommend the Marino Service Department to others. My overall service experience was excellent! More

I have been consistently overpriced at this dealership. In the past year I have spent over 2.5K on brakes! My back brakes needed to be replaced twice within a 13 month span. Of course after the 12 month wa In the past year I have spent over 2.5K on brakes! My back brakes needed to be replaced twice within a 13 month span. Of course after the 12 month warranty. I have only come here for my service but some how no one notices issues with my brakes until it was the point of no return and then happily charged me $700. I have spent more money here in the past two years then I have ever spent over 7 years of owning my car. The service representatives always seem less than happy to be there and they make no effort to accommodate you. I will never return to Marino and will never recommend them to anyone in my network. More
