I'd give 0 stars if I could based on this time and history. My wife refuses to go anymore based on a whole load of xx from your team (her car), so this was my first time. I see her pov now. Of course it starts with 20 questions on random upsell services. Fine, whatever. Stupid, but seems like you all do it. However, when I got the text the car was "done", it turns out that it was still 30 minutes from me driving it away. When they finally got it to me, no apology whatsoever...then I got a bunch of xx from your service manager about excuses like it must have been on another lot. Look, the car is ready to pick up when it is ready. That shouldn't be the start of trying to figure out where it is. Honestly, if I hadn't gone in asking where it was, I might still be there. I love the Jeep, we'll definitely replace my wife's with another. I'm thinking of getting one too. There is no way we'll buy either from this dealership though. It isn't the 30 minute wait...xxxx happens...it's the complete "I don't give a xxxx" culture of the place that is the problem. And no one I've ever talked to at your dealership seems to care...or maybe worse, see the problem. Good luck. More
We bought a car at Marino in 2010 and referred our son there in 2018 when he was looking to purchase a wrangler. If my experience wasn’t positive I wouldn’t have suggested Marino to him.
