Dishonest and neglected dealership!! I dropped my Jeep for repairs on 06/22/20 at 9AM then I called my “advisor “ Edwin around 4pm to see what is going on with my car, but Edwin told me t I dropped my Jeep for repairs on 06/22/20 at 9AM then I called my “advisor “ Edwin around 4pm to see what is going on with my car, but Edwin told me that car couldn’t get repair because the diesel mechanic employees called off? My car was sitting all day and I didn’t know until I called!! Wow!! What customer service is this?? Now, today on 06/23/20 around 10AM I called to find out what is new about my car but I was tolled that my “advisor “ is busy!! After half day Whenever I call them no one is available !! The end of the day at 4PM I went to Marino Jeep to pick up my car even it's not fixed yet , then I got email from different advisor Bob telling me that my car is ready for pick up. After arrived the manager instead of apology for their neglected behavior, he asked me to stop coming to dealerships because I wrote a true comment on their dishonest treatments. Worst jeep dealerships ever. More
