They create a lot of issues in the car to get more money. And the basic problem will stay after wasting the time and money waiting for your car. And the basic problem will stay after wasting the time and money waiting for your car. More

I’m hesitant to write a review here since the last honest and forthright review I submitted was responded to by the service director admonishing me for doing so. After putting 454 miles on my vehicle, leavin and forthright review I submitted was responded to by the service director admonishing me for doing so. After putting 454 miles on my vehicle, leaving a sandwich in my engine compartment and leaving my carpeting pulled up with the battery exposed, my less than stellar review was met with the service director telling me to take my truck somewhere else. So, here I am again. I just paid almost $850 in labor for a job that was completed in 1 hour and 33 minutes. The excuse was “the 3.5 hour book time is the book time.” Not sure if the book time is grossly over estimated for the repair or if the tech skipped numerous steps during repair, which has made me concerned for my safety. Purchasing a Dodge Durango has proven to be the biggest regret of my life. From getting 60% of the fuel efficiency listed on the actual vehicle sticker (which the service dept told me is MY fault for not using the right gasoline?) to cosmetic issues and constant service visits for malfunctions. I suppose I should have listened to the service director when he told me I was sold a lemon. Ultimately, it seems that service departments just take advantage of people with vehicles out of warranty. If there was a Dodge dealer closer to my home, at least I could take it there. Looks like I’m SOL. More
I have my extended warranty with them and took my truck in with transmission issues. Had to test drive just to show the mechanic the jerking when it shifted at a specific speed. It was a constant thing not in with transmission issues. Had to test drive just to show the mechanic the jerking when it shifted at a specific speed. It was a constant thing nothing that potentially could be sometimes. Then I go to get an oil change and my mechanic shows me they didn’t screw in the bolts for the transmission cover. Luckily I didn’t loose them or the cover came off. Irresponsible! I should not have to go behind a mechanic and double check work. More

It is hard to find a dealership with a great service department, and this place puts the customer first! Took my Wrangler in to check for a battery issue, and a small trim issue, the appointment was made department, and this place puts the customer first! Took my Wrangler in to check for a battery issue, and a small trim issue, the appointment was made and they were on time. Repaired my Jeep as I waited in beautiful waiting room on comfortable furniture as the service advisor kept me informed on the progress of repair which were all covered under warranty. Made an observation a man older was wandering around the waiting area, the owner of the dealership Tony was walking by,and asked the man if he needed help. The man wanted to see someone in service department the owner, instead of just pointing in that direction went with the man into service to locate the employee, that is customer service, some places would assign an employee to assist the customer but the owner did it himself showing the respect they have for customers. Then Bob the service manager was checking on customers and asking how everything was going, another man that wanted to be sure everything was taken care of properly and customers were happy. The vehicle was properly repaired, and the tech even came out to explain what he did to correct the problem extremely professional. If your going to buy a Jeep this dealership should be top on your list as they really care after the sale! I had 2 great service advisors forgot their names but they were top notch also making the experience even more professional! More

Good dealer, however their service department not so much. I’ve took my car in four times due to squeaky breaks same advisor each time (JAN). 1st time I was told front brakes and rotors needed changing, much. I’ve took my car in four times due to squeaky breaks same advisor each time (JAN). 1st time I was told front brakes and rotors needed changing, days later I was left with squeakier brakes, took it in twice more after that and they “completely changed the front brakes” and still couldn’t tell me why they were still squeaking. I Took it in a fourth time because I can’t stand the high squeaking and they kept my car overnight. My advisor JAN said the technician didn’t look at it because he was so BUSY but that there was “no squeaking” figured he’d say that so I emailed him videos. He said “definitely the brakes but I can’t tell if it’s the front or back” and instead of looking at the car he only changed the front brakes AGAIN and said if they kept squeaking he would have to suggest to change the back. I think it’s so funny that instead of having the technician look at the car while he had it there for two days (I had an appointment each time) he would rather waste my time and just change the front brakes 4 times and have me keep going back because here I am two months later with squeaky brakes again. I’ve been back and forth since august and it’s now December. More
