The started great but quickly took a turn for the worst when old school car salesmen negotiation started. This dealership was immediately trying to sell me on a low trade in value and a high sales price a when old school car salesmen negotiation started. Wake up Marino Jeep...the consumer is just as smart as you now and has options for purchase outside of your dealership. They sell use cars that dont work . Four days ago I bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot from Marino CJD..and the salesman John Kreuz was perfect..He was so knowledgable of everything there is to know about a Jeep and was had a great sense of Humor. Just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Marino. Overall, my experience has been good. Marino has very competitive prices and I appreciate that they show their sale prices on the internet. Did not pay off my trade in. Every time I called I was put on hold for a minute or two only to be told that the person I wanted was with another customer. Whether I was calling to speak to Andy or Finance put on hold for a minute or two only to be told that the person I wanted was with another customer. Whether I was calling to speak to Andy or Finance, the answer was always the same. When I finally got to talk to someone they said they would investigate and get back to me. I've waited almost a whole week since my last contact and no one has returned my call. The finance company is adding on interest to the balance that Marino's did not pay and will not issue the title for my trade in until the balance is paid. More
