Customer service is top notch! I came across Marino when I was first initially looking to lease a Jeep. Some of the other dealerships were pushy when it came to trying to get me int I came across Marino when I was first initially looking to lease a Jeep. Some of the other dealerships were pushy when it came to trying to get me into the dealership. I wanted to take my time and do my research first. That’s when I came across Marino. I saw he great ratings they had and close proximity to the city and decided to schedule an appointment. When I got to the dealership Frank was there to help me with any answers I had and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Both Frank and Pete had unwavering patience when I wanted to check and double check on things before making a decision. They even encouraged me to do so. Outside of the sales process, both Frank and Pete were all around good people and made efforts to actually get to know us. Conversations were great and I ended up getting the Jeep I had been looking for! I can say that they did everything they could to help me get the best deal for me and I truly appreciate that.
