Astounding Customer Service & A Happy Customer My husband finally managed to drag me to a dealership to trade in a car that we’ve had for a while. I didn’t expect much to come out of it because thi My husband finally managed to drag me to a dealership to trade in a car that we’ve had for a while. I didn’t expect much to come out of it because this wasn’t our first time at a dealership. When I walked in everyone was friendly and attentive. Kathy sat us down and she began to ask questions to truly understand what we needed in a potential new car. When my husband set the initial appointment, he chose a 2018 Jeep Cherokee. As we took it for a spin, Kathy was very knowledgeable about the features of the Car and began to educate us on what we could look forward to. Upon getting back to the dealership, it was time to talk price. Unfortunately we were way out of budget for the Cherokee but Kathy, again, sat us down and gave us some very thoughtful options. We talked about which features were most important to us, what we liked about the car, etc. I mentioned that I was familiar with the Jeep Renegade because we had previously driven in while in Miami. Kathy quickly located it in the system with all of our favorite features PLUS A SUNROOF! She insisted that I drive it around the block once or twice. As I reminisced about last years vacation, the Jeep Renegade felt like home. As soon as we got back, it was time to talk price again. I was a little nervous because of all the time we already spent at the dealership. We told Kathy what our price point was and she came back and made it happen. We spent over 5 hours in the dealership and by the end of it, it all seems worth it. I really couldn’t have imagined doing it without Kathy... and of course my husband. 🙂 More
