Bought a used vehicle in August. Was sold a warranty that I never asked for. Was told in September that the $4500 cost of the warranty would be refunded in 2 months. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge. While the process to lease my current Jeep with the sales side was seamless, I have had an awful anyone in the market for a Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge. While the process to lease my current Jeep with the sales side was seamless, I have had an awful experience with their service department. I recently dropped my Jeep off for a fix that I was told would take 4 hours, but ended up taking 4 days. But that was not the truly frustrating part. During this entire process, I received absolutely no proactive updates from my service advisor (one day I couldn't even get a hold of them). It also resulted in extra rental car charges after being told they would have a loaner for me. Upon request to get reimbursed, I was told a service manager would reach out to me. That never happened so I have called seven times to have this conversation. Each time to no success of getting a hold of them. I was planning to either trade-in my lease for something else from the dealership or buy it out, but because of this experience I will not be. More
