Carlos Marino was great and professional throughout the process of trading in and purchasing a new vehicle. Several other dealers would not even bother to give us information and had very poor customer ser process of trading in and purchasing a new vehicle. Several other dealers would not even bother to give us information and had very poor customer service. Carlos was able to offer us a great deal and my girlfriend was able to purchase a brand new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I can honestly say he went above and beyond. The customer service was excellent and the detailed information about the vehicle specs, pricing and other things was phenomenal. Whether you are looking to purchase new or used I highly recommend asking for Carlos. There was no going back and forth because they go straight to the best deal possible.
