don't normally leave reviews but I received the worse service today. Dropped my vehicle off at 750 for a factory lift installation. At 912am the service advisor called to let me know tec is working on service today. Dropped my vehicle off at 750 for a factory lift installation. At 912am the service advisor called to let me know tec is working on my truck and it will be 4 to 5 hours and work will be done around lunch. She said she will stay in touch and keep me updated with progress. Didn't hear anything for hours then at 1:58 pm the advisor called saying my vehicle won't be done today . I ask what's going on. She said tec got tied up and forgot about me vehicle and never even started working on it. Went to dealership to pic up vehicle and man behind counter was rude. Said tec called Gm and didn't think factory lift would work. Even know parts manager called and verified. I said that wasn't true and so what you going to do about it. This place is so unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere. More

Not only are the help you) Honestly we’ll trusted and highly recommended let me tell you why. They are called ‘Marine’ Chevrolet for a reason! Not only are there half a dozen of retired Marines that work there, they are there for you. As any ignorant young Marine when I first hit the fleet 7 years ago, I felt it was obligatory to go buy a brand new truck even though I had one that worked just fine… Back in 2015 I heard of all the horror stories of other dealerships hitting Marines with a “sweet deal with just 12-15% interest.” With little and irrelevant knowledge I blindly walked into Marine Chevrolet with a head full of confidence, chest full of pride, and a fresh paycheck in the bank telling myself “I won’t let these crooks fool me!” What I thought was all fake smiles and greetings turned out to be all actually quite genuine while walking across the showroom floor. I immediately went straight for the brand new Fully Loaded 2015 Chevy Silverado High Country. Salesman immediately took me over to the General Sales manager, John Yun. John pulled me aside and he told me he was once a young Marine in my exact shoes that didn’t have any one to tell him any better but he told me I would not be able to afford this truck on a LCpl paycheck, and that it was a bad decision. Confused and stubborn, I explained I was very frugal and financially responsible, but he laid it all out for me and patiently explained every excruciating detail of car sales to me. End of the day he asked me to at least go home and sleep on the thought for a day maybe even a week. At the time I felt embarrassed not by the sales team, they were extremely professional and personable, but more embarrassed by my own ignorance. It was an eye opener. John saved me from a huge dumb mistake. Instead of being one of those dirty salesmen that were painted in my head. They could’ve easily just shook my hand and rolled with it and just watch me bury myself in debt, just another sale for them. Fast forward to 2020 I came back in and met Josh Greene, another Marine. My SUV was seeing the end of it’s days and he found me a perfect replacement. No issues with a quick in and out within a couple hours and he even helped me get things figured out with the VA. Not even his job but he went above and beyond. Back again this year with Stephen Smith, he helped us through a complicated deal with 2 different cars. No beating around the bush just straight to the point and got us our exact deals and cars we were looking for. Very calm and well spoken man with some great dad jokes as well. He made sure we had everything we needed. Daniel Greene, Sales manager, played a huge part in resolving our problem by hunting down additional other options to fit exact needs. Met John Yun, General Sales Manager, again he was still there! This time the wife ended up trying to purchase a vehicle just outside of our range and he immediately jumped in to resolve our issue. The whole sales team was outstanding and very understanding when we came to them with our complicated situation and they found a perfect solution for us. They really do treat you like family here. Could not thank you guys enough been going to Marine Chevrolet for the past 7 years no complaints except bring the snacks and popcorn back. Thanks again! More

Jim Tinsley (sales person) and Burke Gardner (finance) were awesome to work with. The majority of our vehicle purchase was done via phone or text as we live 2 hours from the dealership. Both Jim and Burke sent any requested info or answered our questions very quickly. When we drove to the dealership the vehicle was ready for us to drive home. It was detailed, oil changed and full of gas. The paperwork had been prepared before our arrival so after a test drive and decision to purchase everything went quickly and smoothly. Would definitely recommend Marine Chevrolet Cadillac and when we make another vehicle purchase we will certainly consider them first. It you shop there be sure and ask for Jim. More
