Went in for warranty work, said the problem was fixed and done it to make sure. Apparently not sense they have it back again and it reoccurred. After receiving my car back worse than going in, I have to pay to have it towed in and have to wait 5 days before the service dept can get to it. My engine was making noise and it still is. However, it now to pay to have it towed in and have to wait 5 days before the service dept can get to it. My engine was making noise and it still is. However, it now also cuts off while driving, the auto starter doesnt work, and my check engine light is on. Those were not an issue when I went in from the start. I still have to wait 5 days to have a diagnostic check done before they decide if Im eligible for a loaner. However, they did notify me that there are no loaners currently available. So now I have to figure out how to get back and forth to work until they fix what what they broke!!! More

He was very descriptive in explaining all the attributes of the truck as well as the timeline for get to Jacksonville for me to drive home.
