I purchased 2 vehicles with in a month of each other. There were a few minor issues that they agreed to repair. I have been to the dealership 4 times to get an update on why I haven’t heard anything back There were a few minor issues that they agreed to repair. Service department is worthless, continuously takes short cuts until warranties expire. Skipped mounting hardware in third dash pad replacement. Clear pictures available. Would only do diagnostic of failed system if I agreed to a 140.00 diagnostic fee on a Cadillac with 51000 miles when reported, (park assist system failed while waiting on dash pad parts before 50000 miles). Poor workmanship in every aspect. It took an email to Cadillac customer service just to get a speaker replaced within the first 20000 miles. More

However, he gave me a lot of good info to consider, stayed engaged, answered my questions and worked with me without being pushy. He gave me the time and space to work things on my end making me more willing to take the next step toward a new purchase. He and the staff were incredibly helpful with getting me a good out-the-door price getting me to “yes” and I drove home in a new Suburban on Christmas Eve. Thank you, Kevin, and Marine Chevrolet. Only improvement I’d say, it’s a small one, is that I was there for over 5 hours and no one offered a beverage, snack, or mentioned where I could find something while I waited. That would have been helpful. More
