The dealership was great, however onstar is a joke. The salesman called an tried to register the truck and was put on hold for 20 minutes. We tried 3 times with the same results. I had a terrible experience last time I went to Marine Chevy, they told me they would order the parts for my recall, then when I arrived they took my car, held it for over four hours. I give them a call to get an update and they said oh we can’t do anything for your car because the recall was not open, but when I called they said they would order the part for my vehicle to be fixed. This issue could have been avoided if they actually looked the recall up. More

We bought our vehicle tonight and Stephen Smith was very professional and helped us. He let us test drive and we told him we wanted it and he started the paperwork and we told him we would come back the nex professional and helped us.
