I considered worst experienced i had with toyota Glendale during my first car and lately before i purchased my present vehicle. I went there and the manager named Oscar not true to his words. We had agreed about the deal until i already started the loan application he changes the amount of car and i’ve been there for 3hours. He did’nt offer anything even drinks. It was disgusting! Then the manager in Marina del Rey named Alex Siccardi called me and wventually persuade me because i sensed that he spoke truthfully and he offered me options and gave me time to decide which vehicle was best for me. Luckily Alex was really my savior in buying a car to the best dealer i’ve known which Marina del rey! I was grateful that he called me atvthat time since i was already decided not to get a new vehicle because the experience i had with manager named oscar in glendale toyota. Hope he will read this!
