I made the appointment for that (vs. regular service) and was told that it would take approx. 4 hours. That estimate was accurate; the service took 4 hours, almost to the minute. The lounge where I waited initially was clean and neat. My service representative, Gene, took my # and said he'd call when the car was ready....and he's a man of his word. I'd met a friend for lunch and Gene called not long after we got back. Altogether, a very professional experience. More
